• Has not been excessively used

• Includes relevant packaging when reasonably required

• Can be identified through the associated order information

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, some opened, used, altered, or unsuitable skincare items may not qualify for return.

If an item arrives with an apparent issue, incorrect product, or visible shipping-related damage, please provide a clear description of the concern. Supporting photographs may be requested when they help us understand the condition of the product.

Return requests are reviewed individually based on the product condition, order information, and circumstances provided.

A return should not be sent without following the return instructions supplied after the request has been reviewed.

📝 Important

Products showing unusual wear, intentional alteration, misuse, or conditions unrelated to normal delivery may not qualify.
